How UBC accommodates students with disabilities
The Disability Accommodation Policy LR7 provides guidance for students, faculty, and staff to understand the process through which accommodations for students with disabilities are made at the University. Read through frequently asked questions about the policy.

Requesting an accommodation
Before requesting an accommodation, you must register with the Centre for Accessibility.
If you’re already registered with the Centre, submit an accommodation letter and/or exam reservation request by logging in.
If eligible, submit your peer notetaking request as well. Review important notetaking request guidelines.
The Centre for Accessibility Online Services Portal is for UBC Vancouver students.
Information for faculty
If you are a faculty member, please log in to view student accommodation letters and upcoming exams requested by your students registered with the Centre. The list of Accommodation Letters does not represent the students who have booked an exam.

If you are registered with the Centre for Accessibility, you can connect with your Accessibility Advisor directly via their direct email or by booking a 30 minute appointment with them by emailing info.accessibility@ubc.ca or calling 604 822 5844. For more time-sensitive matters, you can also book a same-day 15 minute drop-in appointment with any advisor during drop-in advising hours by calling 604 822 5844.
