Overview

Talk to a Return to Campus Ambassador, a trained student, for information about UBC’s return to campus and public health guidelines. These friendly peers are here to help you in your return to campus, and available to answer your questions.

You can also pick up a free mask or hand sanitizer from their booth.

Questions they can answer

Return to Campus Ambassadors can answer questions about things like:

  • COVID-19 self assessments and tools
  • Face covering or mask mandate, including exemptions
  • UBC's COVID-19 Rapid Testing program
  • Getting your vaccination
  • BC’s proof of vaccination plan
  • Vancouver campus and more

Finding an Ambassador

Ambassadors will be in the central course of the UBC Life Building from Monday to Friday, 10 am to 4 pm.

They will also be hosting information booths in first-year residence commonsblocks on specific weeks: 

  • Orchard Commons: Sep 13 - 17  (5 to 7 pm)
  • Totem Park: Sep 20 - 24  (5 to 7 pm)
  • Place Vanier: Sep 27 - Oct 1  (5 to 7 pm)
