UBC Changemaking Series

A series of events for anybody who's interested in making a difference, big or small.

Changemaking events highlight that there is no one “right” way to create an impact on a community. They showcase how changemaking is led through various individuals and fields of work.

Changemaking means to affect, advocate or create change. This requires pro-active efforts to shift your own perspective, challenge the status quo and ideate community-minded innovations.

Everyone has their own journey to making an impact—the Changemaking event hosted by the Centre for Community Engaged Learning (CCEL) offers a platform to identify, build or expand the vision and action of your idea.
