Deadlines during the academic year

We'll be adding new programs and deadlines throughout the year so you can check back for updated schedules. You can also like us on Facebook, or follow UBC Life on Twitter for updates.

In addition to the term exchange opportunities listed below, you can check out the list of Summer Abroad and Research Abroad programs offered at UBC's partner schools.

Deadlines for individual programs may vary throughout January and February.

Deadlines for Global Seminars

The deadline to apply for most Global Seminars is Jan 27, 2022. Please review the Global Seminar webpage for further details about programs and deadlines.

Paying the Go Global Fee

The Go Global Fee (CAD $415) is an administrative fee required for all applicants to all Go Global programs. The fee will be posted to your Student Services Centre (SSC) account 1-3 weeks following the application deadline, and will be due approximately 2 weeks later. You will be notified of the due date by email once the fee is posted.

Please see the list of options you have for paying tuition.

Students participating in Research Abroad and Global Seminar programs are subject to a different fee policy.

Go Global's Vancouver campus office is closed until further notice. At this time, you can contact Go Global by email, phone or virtually through Zoom.

If you need to book an advising appointment, please complete the online request form. Appointments will be held through Zoom or by phone.
