EXPO 86 Award

Awards totalling $2,900 have been endowed for Engineering students demonstrating aptitude in technical design. Preference is given to undergraduate students. The award commemorates the International Exposition held in Vancouver in 1986 and was endowed with the proceeds of a prize won by a team of UBC engineering students in the Innovative Vehicle Design Competition held during the Exposition. The awards are made on the recommendation of the Dean of the Faculty of Applied Science.
