Shuryo NAKAI Scholarship in Food Science

A $4,300 scholarship has been endowed by friends and colleagues in honour of Shuryo Nakai. The award is offered to a student in the field of Food Science and is made on the recommendation of the Faculty of Land and Food Systems. In the case of graduate students the award is made in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
