Presidential Scholars Major Entrance Scholarship

Award descriptionThe University of British Columbia offers scholarships valued up to $80,000 over 4 years to outstanding students entering university from secondary schools in Canada or Canadian citizens living abroad. Criteria for these scholarships include demonstrated academic and leadership achievements in the arts, community, athletics, and school. Subject to continued scholarship standing, the scholarships will be renewed for a further three years of study or until the first undergraduate degree is obtained (whichever is the shorter period). Scholarships are awarded based on information provided in the Admission Application and Personal Profile. Recipients are selected by their chosen Faculties, in consultation with Enrolment Services.
