VanHacks Award in Computer Science

A $1,000 award is offered annually by VanHacks Hackathon for a second-year Bachelor of Science student with a major or combined major in Computer Science and with outstanding academic achievement and demonstrated community service and volunteerism. VanHacks Hackathon, organized by TTT Studios and Vancouver Startup Week, is an annual hackathon where participants create tech solutions for local non-profits. This academic award is made on the recommendation of the Department of Computer Science.
