Michael and Sonja KOERNER First Nations Fellowship

Award descriptionA $16,600 fellowship has been endowed by Michael and Sonja Koerner and the Province of British Columbia for a Canadian First Nations student in Commerce and Business Administration, with preference for a student at the graduate level. If there is no eligible recipient in any given year, the income from the endowment is re-invested in the fund to increase the fellowship value in future years. The award is made on the joint recommendation of the Sauder School of Business and Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies in consultation with the First Nations House of Learning.
