First aid education and event coverage

First aid coverage for UBC events

A successful event is a safe event. Keep attendees at your event safe(r) with first aid coverage by the Emergency Medical Aid Team. All UBC students, staff, faculty, and University Neighbourhood Association residents can request first aid coverage for their events at the Vancouver campus.

The Emergency Medical Aid Team is a group of UBC students dedicated to making the university community an even safer place. All team members are certified in Standard First Aid and CPR by the Canadian Red Cross. Your safety and the safety of your guests is our top priority. Our goal is for everyone at an event to feel safe, secure, and cared for through our confidential, non-judgmental service.
