About Mental Health Moments

Mental Health Moments are 45-min virtual sessions offered by UBC Mental Health Nurses and the Wellness Centre. Each session includes the opportunity to connect with a mental health nurse, ask your questions about the particular topic, and learn about related resources, which may include a short skill-building activity.

Session dates and topics

Join us on the following Fridays from 11:00 am - 11:45 am for Mental Health Moments.

Each session covers a particular topic:

  • Friday, October 22: Getting Help (Part 1)
  • Friday, November 5: Getting Help (Part 2)
  • Friday, November 19: Sleep
  • Friday, December 3: Mindfulness and Self-Compassion
