The faculty of LFS is hosting an array of events to showcase their LFS pride including this first event, Bunny Yoga, done in collaboration with the UBC Yoga Club. There will be 2 classes and all proceeds will go to charity.

“I’m worried about my mental health. What can I do?” Workshop

Why you should go

The semester is picking up and self-care is a priority.

DETAILS

Join a Wellness Advisor to learn about mental health and how to cope when you’re not feeling your best. Advance registration and drop-ins are both welcome. Workshops happen every Tuesday and Friday at the same time until the end of April.
