About the fees
Student Health Service charges fees for certain tests, appointments, forms, and equipment. If you miss or cancel your appointment without advance notice, you may also be charged a cancellation fee. All amounts are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Please call 604 822 7011 if you have any questions about the fees.
Missed or cancelled appointment fees
Log into the Patient Portal to cancel or reschedule your doctor or nursing appointment. To cancel or reschedule a psychiatry appointment, please call 604 822 7689.
You will be charged a cancellation fee if you do not cancel your appointment ahead of time.
Family doctor, Nurse Practitioner, and Nursing appointments
