The AMS Prayer Space is located on the lower level of the AMS Student Nest in Room 2303.
The prayer room is open by drop-in to all students of any faith for prayer, quiet contemplation, and reflection.
Before using the room
Please review the guidelines for use and follow all prayer room rules and responsibilities.
If you’re hosting an event that serves the faith-based or spiritual student community at UBC, please book the Brock Commons South Community Space.

Reporting a problem about the facilities
If you encounter any issues with the prayer room or its use, please report it as soon as possible to the Office of the Vice-President, Students at vpsassist@mail.ubc.ca or the Office of the AMS Vice-President, Administration at avpadmin@ams.ubc.ca.
Concerns may include cleanliness, damage, lighting, misuse of these facilities, or complaints about other users.
Urgent concerns
In case of fire or emergency evacuation, follow the procedures posted in the rooms. In the event of an incident or concern that requires attention, contact UBC Security by calling 604.822.2222. For emergencies that require an immediate response, call 911.
