About the group
This group is designed for students seeking to develop the important skills needed for healthy, meaningful relationships. Through a focus on self-awareness, communication, values, boundaries, conflict resolution, and navigating grief and goodbyes, participants will gain practical tools to improve how they connect with themselves and others. Whether you’re looking to build new friendships, deepen existing relationships, or better manage difficult emotions and conversations, this supportive space will help you grow both personally and relationally.
This is a drop-in group so students are free to attend as many or as few sessions as they may need.
Group session topics include:
- Foundations of healthy relationships
- Self-awareness and emotional regulation in relationships
- Communication skills that build connection
- Conflict resolution and boundaries
- Grief and goodbyes
