UBC Collegia

About UBC Collegia

Are you an incoming first-year commuter student or Indigenous student? UBC Vancouver’s Collegia spaces are designed for you to ask questions to peer leaders, access resources, and enjoy social events together.

  • Find community
Join regular small group gatherings to build friendships, ask questions to your peers and upper-year students, and have fun together at social events.

  • Get support from peers
Learn from the experiences of upper-level student leaders and hear how they've navigated their university journey so far.

  • Discover resources and opportunities
Explore your interests through involvement opportunities and student resources, all while building your community at university.

Your UBC Collegium is a place where you can take a break between classes to socialize, use a kitchen, or relax in a comfortable, friendly, and welcoming environment. Come hang out with other commuter students, take a nap, or find a study spot—you’ll always have a place to call your home away from home at UBC.
