What ES Advisors can help with
If you are an undergraduate student in a degree program, you’re assigned a dedicated Enrolment Services Advisor (ES Advisor) to help you navigate registration, finances, and more at UBC. The majority of newly admitted students are assigned an ES Advisor by the end of June. If you don’t have an assigned advisor, you can still connect with other ES Advisors for help.
For questions about course planning or program requirements, please connect directly with your academic advising office.
Reach out early for support, especially during registration periods and the beginning of school terms. Enrolment Services will offer extended hours of phone support during the registration periods in June and July.
