Enrolment Services Advisors

What the Advisors can help with

All undergraduate students in a degree program have a dedicated Enrolment Services Advisor to help you navigate UBC, from making a budget or applying for loans to understanding UBC regulations and processes.

If you don't have an assigned advisor, they're still available to help.

Top reasons to connect

  • Get help with managing your finances or creating a financial plan
  • Talk to someone about scholarships, bursaries, awards, and student loans
  • Walk through your payment options for tuition and fees
  • Understand UBC regulations and processes
  • Find support for course registration issues

Talk to an advisor

Any student can set up a private in-person or virtual appointment with an Enrolment Services advisor.

  • If you're an undergraduate student, please contact your Enrolment Services Advisor directly. To find your advisor’s contact information, log into your Student Services Centre (SSC) and select “UBC Contacts” under Personal Info.
  • Graduate, postgraduate, and all other students can contact an Enrolment Services Advisor by calling 604 822 9836 or submit your question through the online form.
