Enrolment Services Advisors

What ES Advisors can help with

If you are an undergraduate student in a degree program, you're assigned a dedicated Enrolment Services Advisor (ES Advisor) to help you navigate registration, finances, and more at UBC. If you don't have an assigned advisor, they're still available to help.

For questions about course planning or program requirements, please connect directly with your academic advising office.

Top reasons to connect

  • Get help with managing your finances or creating a financial plan.
  • Talk to someone about scholarships, bursaries, awards, and student loans.
  • Walk through your payment options for tuition and fees.
  • Understand UBC regulations and processes.
  • Find support for course registration issues.

Talk to an advisor

  • If you're an undergraduate student, find your Enrolment Services Advisor's contact information in your Student Services Centre (SSC). Select “UBC Contacts” under Personal Info.
  • If you're a graduate, postgraduate, or other type of student, call 604 822 9836, or submit your question through the online form.
  • To connect with an Enrolment Services Advisor in person, drop by the Enrolment Services Advising Centre in Brock Hall on weekdays.

Financial wellness workshops

Enrolment Services Advisors, along with Financial Wellness Peers, lead events and workshops on a range of topics, such as budgeting tips, repaying your student loans, and more.
