About the UBC Life Building
Located next to the AMS Nest, the UBC Life Building is a space for students to grab food, eat lunch, work out, study, or hang out with friends. You can also access many student services and programs, or book a space for an event.

Opening hours
The UBC Life building is closed on all statutory holidays observed by UBC.
- Monday: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Tuesday: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Wednesday: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Thursday: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Friday: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Sunday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
