When you’ll know your registration date
You’ll receive an email around mid June to let you know that your registration appointment is available in your Workday account. You’ll be able to register any time between your registration appointment and the course change date, also known as the add/drop deadline.
Registration times are listed in the Pacific Time Zone. If you’re registering from a different time zone, make sure you know when registration starts in your location.

If you do not receive a registration email
If you are admitted to your degree program after early June, you may not receive an email since the registration appointment notification period may have already passed. If this happens, you may still be able to follow the steps to register. If you have questions, please contact your Enrolment Services Advisor.
Registration exceptions
Certain programs don’t follow the standard registration appointment schedule. If you’re in one of the following programs, find your registration appointment in Workday or your program website for registration times.
- Bachelor of Education (BEd Elementary)
- Bachelor of Education (BEd Middle Years)
- Bachelor of Education (BEd Secondary)
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Doctor of Dental medicine (DMD)
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Doctor of Medicine (MD)
- Robert H. Lee Sauder School of Business
- Diploma in Accounting
Winter Session registration
September 2025 to April 2026
