Book a career appointment
Book a one-on-one discussion with a Career Educator to explore future career possibilities or to walk through your job application.
Appointments are held virtually at this time and can be scheduled for 15, 30, or 45 minutes. Current students and recent graduates up to 12 months after graduation can book an appointment.
- Log into CareersOnline with your CWL.
- Select “Appointments” in the top menu.
- Choose “Book New Appointment”.
- If you have a specific date, time, advising topic, or advisor you’d like to meet, fill out the fields. Otherwise, leave the fields empty and click “Check availability”.
- Select your preferred appointment time and complete the information requested.
Once you’ve booked an appointment, you will no longer be able to see the times to book another appointment.

Same-day appointments
Same-day appointments are held virtually from 12:30 to 2:30 pm.
To book, log into CareersOnline and follow the booking steps above between 11:45 am and 12:00 pm on the day you’d like an appointment.
Appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and often fill quickly during peak times. Please note that availability may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
