Why do we need your phone number?
Entering your phone number gives you the ability to check your place in line, push your appointment back, leave the line, or generate an update when you are X minutes away from the front of the line.
What if I don’t want to provide my phone number?
If you don’t want to provide your phone number, you’ll have to watch the digital displays for when you are at the front of the line.
What will my collected information be used for?
This information will be used for service delivery and may also be used by the university in statistical analysis to identify user trends and support UBC's commitment to excellence.
What if I don’t want my information to be collected?
We can always just input your first name and last initial.
UBC’s virtual line system is a secure system called Qless. All information collected by Qless is stored within Canada. If you have questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
