Do you have ADHD or do you think you might have ADHD? If so, this in-person skills-based support group may be what you are looking for. This is a non-clinical, non-diagnostic group for students who are struggling with executive functioning concerns. An ADHD diagnosis is not required to join this group.
Topics will include:
- Looking at your cognitive style
- Strategies to sharpen memory
- Coping with procrastination and diistraction
- Choices and getting unstuck
- ADHD-related strengths
Group sessions are standalone. You can join at any time, and you are encouraged to attend as many sessions as you find helpful.
