UBtheChange Student Activators provide support and engagement opportunities for students to explore complex social issues through fun and engaging events, peer advising, social media campaigns, and pop-up activities.

Who can apply?
Students from all disciplines and years can apply, with preference given to students with experience in community engagement.
There are 20 to 25 positions available.

The Peer Programs Program Advisors would like to recognize that being able to participate in student leadership opportunities is a privilege. The weekly commitment for each Peer Program varies in length but may not be possible for some students who need accommodations based on chronic health conditions, disabilities, mental health, and/or other lived experiences.

Time commitment
The time commitment for the role is approximately 5 hours per week, including mandatory meetings on Tuesdays from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
