B. C. BINNING Memorial Fellowship
Fellowships totalling $138,850 have been endowed in memory of Professor Emeritus B. C. Binning, painter and founder of the Department of Fine Arts at UBC. The award is made on the recommendation of the Department, to a student entering the second year in the M.F.A. Program in the Department of Art History, Visual Art & Theory, and showing exceptional promise in drawing. Preference is given to a candidate who is a Canadian citizen or a landed immigrant.
