Mary Ellen HENLEY Memorial Prize

A prize of $7,300 has been endowed through a bequest by Mary Ellen Henley. In the event of a "tie" for academic standing, the discretion of the Graduate Committee of the English Department will be used to settle the matter. The granting of the prize will not be possible until the completion of the academic year to ascertain which student has achieved highest standing in the seminars offered in the particular academic year. The award is made on the recommendation of the Department of English in consultation with Faculty of Graduate Studies.
