Undergraduate Teaching Assistance Award in Sociology

Award descriptionA $500 award has been made available annually through the Department of Sociology for the most outstanding undergraduate Teaching Assistant (TA) for the current academic year. Students must demonstrate excellence in their role as an undergraduate TA and must have completed a minimum number of credits as a TA for Sociology courses as required. Eligible students are nominated by the faculty working with the Teaching Assistant. Awards are made on the recommendation of the Department of Sociology.
