CHAN, Yuet Lan Scholarship

Award descriptionA $1,700 scholarship has been made available through an endowment established by Tin.Yick. Lung in honour of his mother, Chan, Yuet Lan (aka Yuet Lan Lung). As an accomplished author, Chan, Yuet Lan's book on Chinese classics is catalogued in UBC's Asian Library. This endowed scholarship is offered to an undergraduate student in any year or any field of study. The award is made, on a rotating basis, on the recommendation of the Faculties offering undergraduate degrees.
