Ulrich FREYBE Memorial Graduate Prize in Food Sciences

Award descriptionA $3,000 prize is offered by Freybe Gourmet Foods in memory of Ulrich Freybe, a pioneer and visionary who moved the family business, founded in Germany in 1844, to Vancouver in 1955. The award is offered to a graduate student in the Food Science Program. It is made on the recommendation of the Faculty of Land and Food Systems.
