Dr. David MacPherson Bell Award

Award descriptionAwards totalling $108,000 ideally valued at $12,000 each, have been made available through an endowment established in memory of Dr. David MacPherson Bell (1919-2003) for M.D. students in good academic standing who demonstrate financial need. Preference will be given to students who are interested in practicing in a rural community outside the Lower Mainland after graduation. The awards are made on the recommendation of the Faculty of Medicine.
