G. F. AMYOT Prize

A $400 prize has been made available through an endowment established with donations from the Health Officers of British Columbia in honour of G. F. Amyot, who contributed greatly to the development of public health services in British Columbia and assisted in the establishment of the Department of Health Care and Epidemiology, Faculty of Medicine. The prize is awarded on the recommendation of the School of Population and Public Health to a student or resident who has demonstrated meritorious scholarship, leadership, and academic research ability in public health.
