Award descriptionA scholarship of $1,300 has been endowed by Percy W. Perris, Chase, B.C. for students beginning or continuing studies at the University of B.C whose homes are in School District No. 83 (N. Okanagan - Shuswap). The selection is made on the basis of academic standing, personal qualities, and need for study toward a degree in any faculty or area of study.
