Brian Higgins Memorial Award

Award descriptionA $1,450 award has been made available through an endowment that commemorates Brian Higgins, a Supervising Lawyer for the Law Students' Legal Advice Program (LSLAP) from 1988 to 2011. The award is for a J.D. student who is a member of LSLAP who has shown dedication to the cause of access to justice and has volunteered substantial time and effort in delivering pro bono legal services to those who would otherwise have none. This award is made on the recommendation of the Peter A. Allard School of Law.
