All undergraduate students in a degree program have a dedicated ESP to help with things like paying tuition and making a budget to requesting a transcript and changing programs. If you don't have an assigned ESP, they're still available to help.
From the start of your degree, until the day you graduate, ESPs are your first point of contact for help with anything from paying tuition or making a budget to requesting a transcript or changing your program. They can also guide you through UBC regulations and processes to make sure you get the support you need, when you need it.
Financial planning and support
As a student, your finances can be stretched, sometimes at the worst possible times. If you're struggling to make ends meet, contact your ESP and schedule an appointment to look at your situation and goals and build a financial plan.
