UBC has switched to a new student system called Workday for the 2024/25 academic year starting September. Please check your email for setup instructions.
If you’re registered in Summer Session courses, keep using the Student Service Centre (SSC) for the Summer Session.
For 2024/25 Winter Session course registration, use the new Workday system. Follow online tutorials for how to use Workday.

If you’re registered in 2024 Summer Session courses, you must also change your medical and contact information in your Student Service Centre (SSC). Go to "Contact Summary" under Personal Info.
To authorize another person to access your UBC information, such as medical information, awards and scholarships, or housing details, you will need to grant them third-party authorization. Third-party-authorized individuals are not able to update information on your file.
Make sure you and your emergency contact can receive emergency and urgent information from UBC.
Log into your student information system each year and review your emergency contact details.
